Sizing / Size Charts

Please go here for our size chart.
Our sizing is Australian but the size chart has the equivalent USA and Europe sizing. Our sizing is similar to other Australian brands but it is on the smaller side, particluarly in our fitted garments.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a really open returns policy so don't be scared to try it out. If you wish to return your order, please email us at style@stylestalker.com to notify us. When returning the item/s include the original purchase slip, with a note about why you are returning the garment and indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or refund. Please return the garment to:

Stocking Stylestalker

If you are a store, boutique or a web-store and you wish to stock Stylestalker, please contact style@stylestalker.com to be directed to the appropriate sales agent.

What do I do if there's something wrong with my order?

Please contact style@stylestalker.com and our customer service advisor will assist you.

You have confirmed my order, but I have received an email stating that it is out of stock. Why is this?

Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when we went to pick the item we found that there was no stock available.

Although this doesn't happen often, when it does we have to cancel the item from the order. We don't charge you for the item, if monies have been taken out of your account, we will refund the amount taken.

Can I cancel my order? and or Can I cancel an item from my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel your order or an item from your order. However you have to contact us as soon as possible at style@stylestalker.com
There is a possibility that the items have been dispatched, if so, once you receive the garment send it back to us with a note explaining the situation. However in this case you will be charged the postage cost if you have only ordered 1 item.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, you can order from countries to which we deliver. We use Australia Post International Airmail and TNT courier services. Please check the respective sites to see if they can ship to you. Check out Australia Post and TNT.

In your look book and campaign photographs, what size does the model wear?

Our models wears size 8 in the photographs. Please note the models are usually quite tall. 175cm - 180cm.

What if an item I want is "out of stock"?

If the item is out of stock there will be a note on the product page stating either "this item will be restocked on xx" or "this item will not be restocked". Please refer to individual product pages for specific information about restocking.

Who styles your look books and campaigns? Are the accessories by Stylestalker?

Stylestalker designers Sue-Ann San and Rachel Zeilic style the shoots. The majority of accessories are the stylists' own and are vintage.

Where is Stylestalker stocked? and Does Stylestalker has have a flagship store?

At the moment Stylestalker doesn't have a flag ship store. However, we have about 300 stockists that do stock our clothing. Please go to our stockist page to find the stockist closest to you. We currently sell in Australia, USA and UK.
